1. Permitted use
You may use Addlaa to connect, analyze, and report on marketing and business data that you own or are authorized to process, and to collaborate with your team and clients within your workspace. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Prohibited activities
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:
- Use Addlaa for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- Upload or connect data you do not have the right to process, including personal data collected without a lawful basis or consent.
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Addlaa, other customers' workspaces, or our infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts, or proprietary logic behind the platform.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the platform, its outputs, or its underlying intelligence except as expressly permitted.
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Use the platform to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
3. Your data responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you connect and for obtaining any consents or notices required. Do not upload special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless your plan and a signed agreement expressly support it.
4. Security & accounts
Keep your credentials confidential, use role-based access appropriately, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use. See our Security & Trust page for how we protect the platform.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, our customers, or third parties. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice; where a violation poses an immediate risk, we may act first and notify afterward.
